New Graduate RN Nurse Sponsorship via OPT and CPT

Eligibility & Sponsorship Only May 2026 to September 2026 graduates considered. International students who meet the sponsorship qualifications will receive EB3 Visa sponsorship. Units for sponsorship include Orthopedics and Spine Specialty. Must have an OPT that can be active upon graduation and must be able to start working close to the active date of OPT. Willing to continue education using the Day One CPT program (recommended programs, one in Kansas City for MSN). Be willing to work while attending future education; must attend CPT program only (hybrid online). Must have education from the United States and already be living in the United States. May apply and interview for a Graduate Nurse role and relocate to Kansas City (if needed) 6 months in advance. Job Summary and Qualifications The HCA Healthcare Residency Program at Lee's Summit Medical Center is a year-long paid program designed to give you hands-on experience and develop clinical and critical thinking skills. As a Resident Graduate Nurse, you will be supported by nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents to transition you from student nurse to registered nurse. Responsibilities Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider and document the administration of care in the patient medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, notify provider, and intervene if needed. Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively resolving needs. Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures, translating complex medical terminology. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment. Other certifications may be required during employment. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the state.
