Staff Operations Analyst, Mission Engineering, Air Dominance & Strike, Active Clearance

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril is at the forefront of developing defense technologies which feature layered autonomy and can be produced at scale. To support our rapid development and deployment initiatives, our Anduril Mission Engineering Operations Analysts (AME OA) provide rigorous, data-driven analytical products to guide our business strategy, inform requirements, and investigate concepts of employment. As an analyst, you will engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to translate their questions into physics-based analyses, often designing experiments using mission-level simulations. You will follow the scientific method and generate clear and compelling analytical artifacts with actionable conclusions. Your analyses will often accompany demonstration events to quantify exactly how Anduril technology delivers mission success to the warfighter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
