Entry Level Machine Operator Trainee
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring cold forming equipment used to manufacture precision metal fasteners and components. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up cold forming equipment.
- Monitor machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with hand tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with blueprints
- Experience with measurement tools
Enjoy performance evaluations with potential for pay raises at 3, 6, and 12 months.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peru, IL.
The pay range for this position is $21.50/hr.
