Campus RecruiterLifekind Health is seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused Campus Recruiter to build and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions that produce licensed healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for developing a long-term pipeline of top-tier talent across multiple clinical disciplines including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, therapists, and allied health professionals.This position is approximately 75% campus recruitment and relationship management and 25% recruiting analytics, reporting, and process automation. The ideal candidate is both people-oriented and data-driven — someone who thrives attending career fairs and networking events while also being capable of analyzing recruiting performance metrics and maintaining recruiting dashboards.This individual will serve as a key ambassador of Lifekind Health's culture, mission, and career development opportunities, helping establish Lifekind as an employer of choice for emerging healthcare professionals.Our mission is to bring care that's whole, human, and healing. Blending medical, behavioral, and lifestyle support into a single plan because restoring life takes more than a prescription.Location: Coachella Valley, CAUniversity & Program Partnership ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with: Medical schools, Nursing programs, Physician Assistant programs, Physical and Occupational Therapy schools, Radiology and Imaging programs, Medical Assistant and vocational programs, Healthcare administration and business programs, and other allied health institutionsServe as the primary point of contact between Lifekind Health and educational institutionsEstablish long-term partnerships with deans, faculty, career centers, program directors, and student organizationsCoordinate clinical rotations, externships, shadowing opportunities, internships, and fellowship pathways where applicableCampus Recruiting OperationsAttend career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment events throughout California and other strategic regionsConduct presentations and informational sessions about Lifekind Health career opportunities and cultureIdentify and recruit high-potential new graduates and early-career cliniciansDevelop talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and high-growth positionsCoordinate interview schedules, candidate follow-up, and offer processes for campus candidatesPartner with hiring managers and operational leaders to forecast staffing needs and align recruiting effortsPromote Lifekind Health's mission, UTC model, fellowship opportunities, leadership development pathways, and employee culture initiativesEmployer BrandingHelp strengthen Lifekind Health's presence on campuses and within healthcare training communitiesAssist in developing recruiting materials, presentations, handouts, and social media recruitment campaignsSupport initiatives aimed at improving employee reputation, engagement, and retentionGather feedback from candidates and schools to continuously improve the recruiting experienceRecruiting Dashboard OwnershipMaintain and update recruiting dashboards and workforce analytics reportsTrack recruiting KPIs including: Time-to-fill, Cost-per-hire, Candidate pipeline conversion rates, Source effectiveness, Offer acceptance rates, Retention of new graduate hires, Campus ROI metrics, Hiring manager satisfaction, Recruiting event performanceReporting & AnalysisPrepare recurring executive recruiting reports for leadership teamsAnalyze recruiting trends and provide recommendations for process improvementHelp identify staffing gaps and future workforce needs using recruiting and operational dataDevelop forecasting tools to support strategic workforce planningAutomation & Process ImprovementAssist in automating recruiting workflows and reporting processesPartner with HR, operations, and IT teams to improve recruiting systems and efficienciesSupport ATS optimization and recruiting data integrityCreate standardized templates and reporting tools for recruiting activitiesOur Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in recruiting, campus relations, healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce development requiredAbility to build relationships with educational institutions and healthcare professionalsStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsExperience using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting platformsAbility to travel regularly for campus visits and recruiting eventsExperience recruiting healthcare professionals or working in healthcare operationsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting softwareExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or recruiting analytics dashboards a plusFamiliarity with workforce metrics and data analysis preferredExperience coordinating internship, fellowship, or residency-style programs a plusAt Lifekind, we believe our employees deserve the best.
