Spartanburg Regional Post-Acute Services are the post-acute and rehabilitation services of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in upstate South Carolina, spanning long-term acute care, skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy.

• Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care: a free-standing 97-bed long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) plus a 25-bed skilled nursing unit for medically complex and short-term-rehab patients
• Inpatient rehabilitation (Center for Rehabilitative Medicine) for stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, amputation, multiple trauma, and joint replacement
• Outpatient PT, OT, and speech therapy for neurologic, oncologic, pelvic-floor, joint-replacement, and sports conditions
• A caseload that runs from high-acuity LTACH recovery to short-term skilled rehab and outpatient follow-up — a given job may map to any of these settings
