Inspector Packer

Machine Operator / Inspector Packer We are hiring Packaging Operators / Inspector Packers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves operating packaging equipment, monitoring production, inspecting products for quality, and packaging finished goods for shipment. This is a light industrial role that is well-suited for candidates with previous manufacturing, machine operating, assembly, or production experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while supporting various areas of the manufacturing process. Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts. Responsibilities Operate packaging and production equipment according to established procedures. Monitor machines and production lines to ensure efficient operation. Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality standards. Package finished goods and prepare products for shipment. Load materials and supplies into production equipment as needed. Identify and report product defects or production issues. Complete basic production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Assist in other production areas as needed to support operational goals. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Flexibility to perform a variety of production-related tasks. Strong attendance and reliability. Basic math and communication skills. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Hebron, KY. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
