Occupational Therapist (OT) – Bayville, NJ 08721 Company: Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation Join Our Skilled Rehabilitation Team! Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at our 235-bed facility in Bayville, NJ 08721. You will provide care in both long-term skilled nursing and short-term post-acute rehabilitation programs. Our patients come from area hospitals including Community Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Barnabas Behavioral Health, Ancora Hospital, and Ivy-stone Hospital.
