Client Success Manager

Nex-Tech

Nextech is seeking a Manager, Client Success to lead a team of Client Success Managers and drive proactive outreach, client reviews, and reference accounts while coordinating with support and product to improve NPS and grow the customer base. All activities comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and healthcare regulations.
