You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long‑lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Property and Casualty License Required Able to obtain a Life/Health License Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
