Bring your SLPA expertise to one of three roles:

• 2 full-time positions (37.5 hours/week) shared between elementary and middle school caseloads in Highlands Ranch and Parker.
• 1 part-time role (3 days/week) working with students at both the middle and high school levels in Castle Rock and Parker.
• All assignments are based in a single building per role, offering structure and stability.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Colorado SLPA license required
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Passion for supporting students' speech and communication development
• Adaptability and teamwork skills, with a desire to learn and grow

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of an SLP
• Collaborate with staff and families to support IEP goals
• Document daily progress and maintain accurate records
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
