COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary) Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business) The figures above reflect real average first-year Agent earnings across our agency network.
