Role Description The Senior Director, Client Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for leading the client services function and ensuring exceptional partner and advertiser satisfaction. This role oversees client accounts from onboarding through renewal, manages a client services team, and develops processes that support effective campaign execution and performance reporting. The Senior Director collaborates closely with sales, marketing, content, and production teams to translate client objectives into integrated solutions across radio, podcast, digital, and newsletter channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting client service standards, monitoring key performance metrics, resolving escalated issues, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow revenue. The position also drives continuous improvement in client communication, workflow efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships. Account and project management capabilities, with experience overseeing multi-channel campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams. Leadership and people management experience, including team development, performance coaching, and change management. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and present insights to stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation abilities and clear, concise documentation. Background in media, digital advertising, broadcasting, or related industries is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
