ServiceNow Developer

Salary: $200,000 - 250,000 per year Requirements:

• We require TS/FS poly clearance.
• We need experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather needs and convert them into effective ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• We need demonstrated experience with Jira, Agile methodologies, and recommending solutions that create business value while supporting organizational goals and objectives.
• We need experience improving UX/UI, reducing operations and maintenance effort, and increasing quality and delivery speed to modernize web-based application, system, and service components.
• We need experience analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, or service components and related interfaces, including databases and web services/APs, to support future development decisions.
• We need experience interfacing with web-based databases and producing reports.
• We need hands-on experience with version control systems such as GitHub or Subversion.
• We need experience managing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support through service management systems.
• We need experience developing IT support documentation, including SOPs, digital IT workflows, knowledge base articles, pre- and post-deployment checklists, IT architecture diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.
• We need experience working with compliance or performance management applications.

• We design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that streamline workflows, improve user experience, and optimize IT service delivery.
• We drive continuous improvement and apply modern development practices to deliver high-quality applications that align with changing business needs.

• We analyze and document web-based application, system, and service components, along with their interfaces, to support decision-making around future development.
