What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding offers. Innovate and implement processes that elevate our talent acquisition capabilities globally. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring every hire strengthens our business and culture. What We’re Looking For Proven experience, at least 10+ years, in Talent Acquisition within property casualty insurance is a must. Broader financial services is also considered. A builder’s mindset—comfortable creating structure where none exists. Strong research, sourcing, and assessment skills. A collaborative approach and a passion for doing things the right way. The base salary range for this position in Boston is $165,000 to $190,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
