Minsky's Pizza Ridgeview is hiring for Front of House positions!

We have Cashier, Server, Bartender, and Driver positions available!

Cashiers - $7.25/hr plus tips

Servers - $3-5/hr plus tips

Bartender - $10/hr plus tips

Driver - $9/hr plus tips plus delivery fees

Cashier -

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take dine-in, carryout, phone, and/or online orders accurately.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payments.
• Provide customers with accurate information about menu items, specials, and pricing.
• Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated to the kitchen.
• Assist customers with questions, special requests, and concerns.
• Package and organize carryout orders for customers and delivery drivers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked cashier/front-counter area.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, food safety, and customer service.
• Work effectively with kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and other team members.
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed during busy periods.

Server -

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Seat customers and provide menus when needed.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, specials, and pricing.
• Enter orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Process customer payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked dining and service areas.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Work as a team with cooks, cashiers, managers, and other servers.
• Assist with other restaurant duties during busy periods.

Bartender -

• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly, and professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Answer customer questions about beverages, menu items, specials, and pricing.
• Monitor customer needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Verify identification and follow all applicable laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.
• Recognize and appropriately respond to situations involving intoxicated guests.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar and service area.
• Restock beverages, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol-service, and cash-handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and management.
• Assist with dining-room and restaurant duties when needed.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to return.

Driver -

• Deliver food orders safely, accurately, and efficiently to customers.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery.
• Verify orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and use navigation tools effectively.
• Handle customer payments, including cash and card transactions, when applicable.
• Accurately handle cash, receipts, and delivery-related paperwork.
• Maintain communication with restaurant staff regarding deliveries, customer requests, and delays.
• Follow all traffic laws and drive responsibly at all times.
• Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle while on delivery.
• Keep the delivery area and work station clean and organized.
• Assist with restaurant duties between deliveries, including answering phones, preparing orders, cleaning, stocking, and helping customers.
• Follow company procedures for food safety, customer service, cash handling, and delivery operations.
• Report vehicle or delivery issues to management promptly.
