Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10 Hours (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in an active Cardiac Cath Lab environment with 5 lab rooms plus a Hybrid OR
• Assist with a wide range of cases including Right and Left Heart Cath Diagnostic, PCI, Complex PCI, CTO, ASA, PFO/ASD, MitralClip, Watchman, PTMV, TAVR, Peripheral, and Vascular procedures
• Perform scrub and circulating roles as required within the Cath Lab setting
• Participate in on-call responsibilities, including 1–2 nights per week, one weekend per six-week period, and possible holiday call
• Comply with all facility protocols, including potential assignment to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license required at start of contract
• Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Radiation badge must be provided by the staffing agency prior to start
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; time off requests after submission will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting strongly preferred
• Experience with complex and high-acuity Cath Lab cases such as CTO, MitralClip, Watchman, and TAVR
• First-time travelers will be considered
