Associate Director, Regional Marketing- Northeast

Associate Director of Regional Marketing at AbbVie responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the Northeast region within the Immunology business. The role involves supervising regional marketing managers, managing external expert relationships, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to optimize brand performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing projects through promotional review process ensuring compliance and timely delivery
- Manage strategy, execution, and budgeting for conventions, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer education
- Supervise two to three regional marketing managers in assigned geography
- Identify and build relationships with external experts and key opinion leaders within region
- Develop regional engagement plans and coordinate vendor and internal department deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years sales, sales management, or marketing experience
- 2+ years immunology experience preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards
- Strong presentation and communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work in matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel up to 75% including some evenings and weekends
