Associate Media Planner

Supporting the growth of retail media, the full-time Associate Media Planner will manage media planning activities, coordinate workflows, and maintain planning documentation while working remotely within the continental United States. Key responsibilities Build retailer comparisons and develop planning recommendations for media opportunities Manage inbound planning requests and ensure efficient workflow coordination across teams Maintain opportunity records and support data accuracy within Salesforce and other planning tools Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in media planning, media operations, or a related field Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Experience working with operational processes and large datasets Strong organizational and prioritization skills Comfort working in a remote, cross-functional environment Virtual Vocations Inc
