Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Wed 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Thu 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Fri 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific screening procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols, documenting activity and reporting unusual findings through appropriate channels. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or public emergency responders when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, lobbies, production areas, and/or perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized activity and support security‑related policies. Monitor cameras, screening equipment, and/or badge access systems, communicate clearly with site personnel, and help to deter policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
