We’re a growing locally owned HVAC company seeking a motivated HVAC Installer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform  residential HVAC system change-outs and add-ons (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits)
• Remove old units and install new systems according to the manufacturer’s specifications
• Modify or replace ductwork as needed for system fit and performance
• Ensure all installations meet local code and company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside customers’ homes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior HVAC installation experience  preferred , especially with residential replacements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attic or crawlspace environments

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday, occasional weekends, or overtime as needed

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
