Responsibilities Dive headfirst into the world of outdoor recreation as you assist customers in selecting the perfect accessories for their camping and boating adventures. Embrace the thrill of demonstrating the latest RVs, camping accessories, and boating gear, showcasing their features and functionalities with contagious enthusiasm. Elevate the customer experience by recommending must-have accessories and upgrades to take their outdoor escapades to the next level. Build lasting connections with outdoor enthusiasts, fostering a community of like-minded adventurers who share your passion for exploration. Requirements An appetite for life and a love for the great outdoors, with a desire to share that passion with others. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Flexibility is key—be prepared to embrace a dynamic work environment that includes weekends, holidays, and the occasional spontaneous adventure. Schedule Day shift only! Monday - Saturday | Aligns with business hours Additional day off during work week if on shift on Saturday Hour lunch Overtime and weekends as needed Education and/or Experience While previous sales experience is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker—we're more interested in your drive, determination, and eagerness to learn. Basic knowledge of camping and boating accessories is a bonus, but if you're willing to roll up your sleeves and dive in, we'll provide the training you need to become an expert.
