Nurse Clinician (Ward)

The incumbent shall be responsible to: Coordinate, direct, plan and evaluate the standards of care rendered to patient Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the desired health outcomes for patients Provide guidance and direction to Assistant Nurse Clinicians and below to ensure optimal care is delivered to meet patient health needs Able to assume rotation into senior roles when required to do so, based on experience, competence and capacity for adaptability and flexibility Possess interpersonal skills to exert positive influence in leading and coaching nurses towards developing clinical excellence Be insightful and analytical and foster inquiry, critical thinking, skill acquisition to advance nursing practice and patient care Assist the AD/SNM in coordinating, implementing and monitoring clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement The Requirements Registered with SNB Degree in Nursing or its equivalent Advanced Diploma in Nursing or equivalent is preferred Valid BCLS certificate Registered Nurse with at least 2 years' experience as NC in a ward setting Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and work attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
