Sales Representative II

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative II to drive sales and market share growth for coronary and peripheral vascular products across southwest Puerto Rico. The role combines remote work with frequent in-person engagement at healthcare institutions, requiring territory management, customer relationship building, and clinical education delivery.

Responsibilities Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, vascular specialists, and institutional stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and execute growth strategies to expand market share Provide product and clinical education to healthcare professionals and customers Communicate market insights and customer feedback to internal teams including marketing and R&D Requirements Bachelor's degree and healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience Demonstrated ability to develop territory plans and customer engagement strategies English proficiency at B2 level or higher Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory Medical device sales experience preferred Experience with interventional cardiologists or vascular specialists preferred
