Adecco is hiring immediately for Electricians in Owatonna, MN!

Pay Rate

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour , based on experience

Schedule

Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment within modular units

• Set switchgear, panels, and other electrical distribution equipment

• Measure, cut, and bend conduit

• Troubleshoot electrical systems and trace wiring issues

• Perform minor electrical repairs and maintenance

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area

• Collaborate with quality, production, and supervisory teams

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes

• Support production goals and project deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous electrician, electrical assembly, or construction electrical experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience using electrical tools and equipment

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical job duties throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
