Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (12-hour Nights).
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Target Start Date: September 28, 2026 (Candidate must be in-state for the first week of orientation, even if initial modules are remote).
• Scheduling & On-Call: Self-scheduling. Requires 3 full weekends in a 6-week period , 1 full summer holiday, and 1 full winter holiday. 3 call shifts per 6 weeks are required.

Key Facility Policies & Unit Guidelines

• Radius Rule: Strict 60-mile radius restriction (Driver's License must be submitted with packet; traveler responsible for housing that accommodates location policies).
• Unit Overview & Acuity: 8-bed LDRP unit (~35 deliveries/month; low risk >36 weeks). Includes 1 dedicated on-unit OR suite for C-sections and 1 OB tech per shift. High-altitude environment means infant CPAP is common.
• Floating & Dress Code: Floating is rare but required if needed. Blue scrubs are provided by the facility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum recent L&D experience required, including comfort titrating oxytocin and occasional magnesium sulfate.
• Licensure: Active Colorado (CO) RN license or compact state license.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certification required.
