Events Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for an Events Coordinator to help bring our events for our sales team to life. You’ll be the person making sure logistics run smoothly, materials show up on time, and every event reflects the Netchex brand. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on keeping a lot of moving pieces organized and loves seeing an event come together. What You Will Do Support sales and marketing teams with booth preparation, attendee list organization, lead capture tools, and swag coordination Manage multiple tasks, timelines, and last-minute changes to keep events running smoothly Partner with internal teams, vendors, and event partners with clear, professional, service-oriented communication Prepare event materials, track expenses, proof content, and confirm logistics with a sharp eye for detail Handle post-event follow-through — entering leads, updating CRM data, compiling reports, and summarizing outcomes What You'll Need 1 - 2 years of experience supporting event planning tasks (scheduling, venue coordination, shipping, onsite setup) Basic proficiency with Excel and the ability to navigate a CRM system (i.e., Salesforce) Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success How We Show Up at Netchex Win Together: We operate as one team with one mission. Because the right mindset fuels performance. The total compensation package for this position is $40,000 - 55,000. The package offered will depend on factors such as experience and skillset. This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
