Managed supplier relationships, purchase orders, and sourcing activities. Monitored Kanban inventory systems and material availability. Coordinated with suppliers to resolve quality and delivery issues. Maintained procurement data, supplier records, and part information in Oracle/SAP. Assisted with cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance evaluations. Analyzed bills of materials, lead times, and inventory levels. Supported inventory audits, accounts payable reconciliation, and reporting activities. Participated in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. Ensured compliance with quality, safety, and procurement standards.
