We are seeking a Pediatric Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Administer vaccines to children as young as a week old to 21 years old.
- Obtain all vitals needed per patient per visit.
- Perform inhouse testing (UA, GC, Flu, Covid, RSV, Mono, Strep)
- Occasionally do blood draws
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields a must.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to assist multiple physicians in a timely manner
