Quickbase Technical Lead

Role Description

As a Quickbase Technical Lead at VeilSun, you will serve as the lead developer and technical execution leader on client engagements while acting as a trusted technical consultant to our clients. In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver scalable Quickbase solutions that solve real business challenges.
• Help clients identify additional opportunities to expand and optimize their use of the platform.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective low-code solutions.
• Guide clients on best practices and proactively surface opportunities for new capabilities, enhancements, or expanded platform adoption.
• Partner closely with the Practice Technical Manager to align with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, within scope, and aligned with long-term client success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of Quickbase development experience preferred.
• Experience designing Quickbase applications including workflows, data models, and automation.
• Strong understanding of process-driven applications and system design.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience with additional low-code platforms such as Mendix, Power Apps, OutSystems, or Appian is a plus.
• Ability to mentor developers and guide technical delivery on projects.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project environments.

• Collaborate closely with project managers to maintain scope discipline and delivery timelines.
• Identify opportunities to expand or enhance Quickbase solutions.
• Apply and reinforce VeilSun development standards and governance practices.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.

• The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000–$140,000, depending on experience.
