Patient Services Specialist — Front Desk & Scheduling

Northwestern Medicine in Sycamore is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Immediate Care Center. This full-time role spans 36 hours per week and includes 3 shifts of 12 hours from early morning to evening, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed. You will interact with patients, check them in/out, and manage billing tasks.
