Window Cleaning Technician Requirements:

• Attitude: Outgoing, positive, and quality-focused.
• Commitment: Long-term employment preferred.
• Transportation: Reliable with a valid driver's license.
• Drug Test: Must pass (we are a drug-free workplace).

Pay & Benefits:

• $18-$20 during probation.
• $18-$25/hr after probation, with regular performance-based increases.
• Schedule: No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend hours during busy seasons.
