Window Cleaning Technician Requirements: Attitude: Outgoing, positive, and quality-focused. Commitment: Long-term employment preferred. Transportation: Reliable with a valid driver's license. Drug Test: Must pass (we are a drug-free workplace). Pay & Benefits: $18-$20 during probation. $18-$25/hr after probation, with regular performance-based increases.
