Staff Engineer

Staff Engineer / Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer / Founding Engineer / Principle Engineer Role We expect you to play a leadership role based on your strengths and our user needs, across the following areas: Cross‑functional relationship management experience Develop “ideal” system architecture for high‑growth startups Requirements gathering with external stakeholders AI enthusiasm (production or personal projects) Preference for restaurant/hospitality experience Tech Stack We believe that the best Engineers are always curious about adopting cutting‑edge technology. Production experience with all parts of the stack is not required, but comfort learning on the job is: Primary languages: Python, React, TypeScript, and SQL (dbt) AI layer uses LLMs for agentic workflows Infrastructure Infrastructure includes browser-use and computer-use for integration building, event‑driven pipelines, and standard cloud services. Hiring Process We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
