HVAC Field Service Technician - Commercial & Datacenter Systems in Jacksonville

HVAC Field Service Technician (Memphis, TN) Full‑time, trade‑focused role. Travel to client sites across the Mid‑South (usually within a 2–3 hour drive) using a company vehicle. Some on‑call work may be required. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial and datacenter HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently and safely. Conduct factory warranty inspections on newly installed Vertiv equipment. Provide outstanding customer service to clients. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Collaborate with contractors and team members as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in HVAC field service, commercial, datacenter, healthcare, or industrial settings. Proven skills in mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities. Relevant HVAC certifications or training (EPA, NATE, or similar). Valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently, travel to client sites, and be on call as needed.
