Instrument Technician

We are searching for an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician Supervisor to join our team in Las Vegas. As the supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing a team of instrument technicians, ensuring they perform their duties with efficiency and accuracy. Your main responsibilities include inspecting, testing, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in industrial or commercial settings. Key Responsibilities Supervise a team of instrument technicians and provide guidance and training as needed Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair various types of instruments such as gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and control valves Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability for repairs Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize downtime Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in instrumentation technology Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position Strong understanding of electrical circuits, measurement principles, and control systems Ability to read technical drawings and schematics Excellent troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Good communication skills High school diploma or equivalent technical degree or certification preferred Must be willing to work full time with some flexibility for overtime when necessary Salary: $1600 per month We value diversity in our workforce; applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
