Business Data Analyst

Job Summary Institutional Research, Analytics and Decision Support (RADS) is seeking a dedicated analyst to support Enrollment Management (EM). This position will be the primary point of contact for data needs for EM departments and will provide enrollment planning and implementation information, strategic analytics and decision support as well as reporting and data support in conjunction with IRADS colleagues. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student‑centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer‑reviewed literature, national best practices, and data‑informed decision‑making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success. Required Education BS Required Experience 3 years Skills and Knowledge Interpersonal communication skills Collaboration Problem solving Excellent follow through Accuracy Timeliness of work Consistency Excellent communication Organization Teamwork Attention to detail Consensus building Physical Requirements Possible lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 10 lbs. Sitting or standing for long periods of time. Working Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; occasional overtime based on departmental needs.
