Bainbridge Island caregiver wanted for weekly Friday 7am-5pm shift. My sister and myself are looking for an experienced caregiver for a weekly Friday 7am-5pm shift starting next Friday July 3rd. Position is located on Bainbridge Island about a 20 minute walk from the Ferry Terminal, faster by bicycle. Pay starts at $24- $30 per hour depending on experience. We would compensate for the walk on ferry fare. We have an EIN and payroll service if one desires such an arrangement. Option for additional full day shifts if there is a compatibility match. Jeanne, our mother is 95 years old. She has interesting stories and is both kind and appreciative of her caregivers. We currently have an excellent team of 5 experienced women caregivers providing the 7x24 care. Jeanne sleeps quite a bit and has an increasing case of dementia. The gig is nice as lots of downtime with which one may read, write, study or do artsy creative things. Jeanne owns a 10 pound female chihuahua mix companion dog who is very protective and has a bit of an attitude but needs short walks 3x per day. Jeanne owns a 2018 Ford Escape to provide transportation for shopping, errands or medical appointments.
