SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️6–8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2–3 years of dedicated hands-on experience in AI/LLM application development.

✔️Expert-level Python programming along with backend frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.

✔️Advanced orchestration experience using LangChain and LangGraph (multi-agent workflows).

✔️Direct production experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Claude.

✔️Comprehensive execution of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate).

✔️Solid frontend development experience using React.js (including hooks and state management) for end-to-end full-stack parity.

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Strong deployment familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

✔️Experience integrating secure, scalable RESTful APIs within enterprise-grade ecosystems.

✔️Proven track record handling production readiness, including AI monitoring, prompt engineering tuning, and testing.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly sophisticated Senior Software Engineer specializing in Generative AI and modern Python architecture for a business-critical onsite role in Irving, TX. Sitting within the enterprise engineering function, the incumbent will design, build, and optimize advanced AI-driven systems. This includes developing stateful multi-agent workflows, productionizing LLM-based systems, and constructing scalable full-stack layers to power next-generation financial services applications.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Design, develop, and orchestrate stateful AI workflows and complex multi-agent systems utilizing Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.

✔️Build and scale robust backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Flask to ensure high performance and low-latency response times.

✔️Implement end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, connecting core enterprise data platforms with vector databases like Pinecone.

✔️Develop intuitive, feature-rich frontend interfaces using React.js to visualize AI outputs and complex application state seamlessly.

✔️Apply elite prompt engineering, model tuning, and agent orchestration patterns across top-tier foundation models (OpenAI, Claude, Azure).

✔️Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models securely into cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) while driving best practices in testing, deployment, and monitoring.
