Hybrid Licensed Counselor Integrated Care & Recovery
Spero Health
Spero Health is seeking a Counselor to join our team in Owensboro, KY and Henderson, KY. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, supporting patients with counseling, case management and medication-assisted treatment within an integrated care model.
License requirements include CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC-A, or LCADC with a Master’s in a human services field; 1 year of relevant experience preferred. We offer competitive benefits and loan forgiveness programs.
