We’re hiring driven, curious individuals ready to start a career in tech sales as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Whether you’re coming from retail, hospitality, admin, or something completely different—what matters most is your mindset, not your resume. This isn’t a “figure it out on your own” role. You’ll get structured training, real coaching, and the chance to build skills that companies actually hire for. Required Qualifications: Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles) Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach Willingness and ability to learn common SDR tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach or Salesloft), prospecting tools (ZoomInfo), dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Interest in working in a tech sales context within Information Technology and Services Experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills Professional proficiency in English Authorization to work in the United States Comprehensive training through a 2-week bootcamp to build foundational tech sales skills Paid 90-day residency with an employer partner, offering real-world SDR experience Hybrid work environment in the NYC area with opportunities for in-person collaboration Professional development and mentorship from experienced sales leaders Potential for full-time placement with partner companies upon successful completion of the program Access to a supportive alumni network and ongoing career resources Paid time off and holidays in accordance with local standards Health insurance and retirement benefits aligned with industry norms for entry-level roles
