Receptionist/Office Coordinator

Full-time

Windwave is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide administrative support across multiple departments.

This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while helping keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls professionally. 
  • Coordinate office activities and maintain organized workspaces. 
  • Order and maintain office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies. 
  • Coordinate lunches, meetings, and office logistics. 
  • Assist with employee travel arrangements, including flights and lodging. 
  • Support scheduling, filing, and administrative tasks for multiple departments. 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. 
  • Assist with general office support and special projects as needed. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–3 years of receptionist, office support, or administrative experience. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Excellent organization and multitasking ability. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems. 
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

Must pass drug screen and background check.

Work Environment:
Professional, team-oriented environment supporting operations, field teams, and administrative staff. This role requires strong organization, flexibility, and daily interaction with multiple departments.
