Job Overview At Nothing Bundt Cakes , we call our guest services representatives Joy Creators . A Joy Creator sweetens the place, sets the mood, and makes a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll help guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensure every order goes off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed and create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community. Responsibilities Assist guests in selecting and ordering suitable cakes for their celebrations. Ensure accurate processing and fulfillment of orders. Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment.
