About the Opportunity

Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide personalized one-on-one support to a senior client in the comfort of their home .

We are looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoys helping seniors maintain their comfort, dignity, and daily routine. The ideal caregiver will be comfortable providing personal care assistance while creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily personal care and hygiene needs
• Provide toileting and showering assistance as needed
• Prepare simple meals based on the client’s preferences
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities
• Perform light housekeeping and general tidying
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Communicate important observations or changes to the appropriate care team

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or senior care experience preferred
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care assistance
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be able to pass required background screening and drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the client’s home
