Associate Digital and Technology Product Owner (Hybrid)

Job Overview The Associate Digital and Technology Product Owner will support the execution of the digital/technology strategy as defined by senior product managers for customer-facing technology solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the existing Digital Sales Platform on amfam.com, managing the retirement of aged sales platforms, and participating in the development of new digital products, services, and customer innovations. The role involves gathering requirements, setting priorities, and reporting initially to the Director, Digital and Technology Product. Work expectation is a minimum of 10 days per month, from either Madison, WI (53783) or Boston, MA (02110). Internal candidates are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Location Position Compensation Range: $69,000.00 - $115,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on job level and geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Support successful execution of digital/technology product initiatives across all product lifecycle stages, including early product planning, customer research and validation, roadmap planning, product development sprints, piloting, gaining early adopters, product launch, metrics analysis, and post‑launch iteration. Troubleshoot and problem‑solve issues found in the customer experience by working with business and technical teams. Assist in defining product backlog items that ladder up to the strategy. Ensure the backlog is visible, clear, and prioritized. Support product management and product development efforts and establish and contribute to a unified methodology with team peers and organizational stakeholders. Grow knowledge of how and when to leverage design thinking, AI, UX, and other frameworks into the process for a flexible hybrid methodology that fits the team, product, and customer. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements Demonstrated experience providing customer‑driven solutions, support or service. Solid knowledge and understanding of digital/technology customer solutions and practices related to gathering user requirements. Demonstrated display of a strong customer focus and a deep commitment to delivering products that create customer value and delightful experiences. Demonstrated experience in the ability to show a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive to successfully deliver results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated planning and execution skills. Demonstrated experience being methodical and detail‑oriented with experience diving deep and asking the right questions at the right time. Travel requirements up to 10%.
