Commercial Maintenance HVAC Technician

Maintenance – Conducting regular inspections, cleaning, and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshooting – Diagnosing problems with HVAC systems using specialized tools and techniques. Repairs – Fixing faulty components, replacing worn parts, and ensuring systems function safely and efficiently. Energy Management – Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of energy‑efficient HVAC systems. Customer Service – Interacting with clients, explaining maintenance needs, and addressing concerns. Qualifications Technical Knowledge – A strong understanding of refrigeration, electrical, and control systems. Problem‑Solving – The ability to identify and resolve issues with HVAC equipment. Mechanical Aptitude – Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment. Safety Awareness – A commitment to following safety protocols and using equipment safely. Communication Skills – Effectively communicating with clients, colleagues, and supervisors. Physical Stamina – Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environments, and stand for extended periods. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Commercial HVAC experience. Clear and valid driver's license. EPA Certification – a plus. Texas HVAC Technician Registration – a plus. HVAC Trade School degree and OSHA 10‑Hour training – a plus. Back Flow License – a plus.
