We are a leading national physician group seeking motivated Surgeons, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine physicians (from new graduates to experienced practitioners) to join our team in Georgia. The Antidote to Physician Burnout We’ve built our model to solve the specific "pain points" currently driving doctors out of traditional practice in GA: Zero "Second Shift": No overnight call. No weekends. Our custom software is designed to slash documentation time, ensuring when you leave the facility, your day is actually done. Malpractice Peace of Mind: We provide comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage—a massive relief in Georgia’s current high-premium legal climate. True Clinical Autonomy: Manage patient outcomes based on your expertise. No RVU treadmills or hospital committees—just you and your patients. Advanced Procedural Focus: Utilize the latest advancements in wound healing. Uncapped Financial Potential Stop settling for stagnant reimbursements. Our performance-based model rewards your efficiency: Starting Potential: Full-time physicians average $220,000–$250,000 annually. High-Earner Growth: Earn $300,000+ through additional services and performance bonuses. There is no earning cap. Direct Rewards: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus a quarterly bonus program (potential for 30% extra income). Requirements & Qualifications To join our team and practice in the state of Georgia, you must meet the following: Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution. Licensure: Must hold an active and unrestricted medical license. Must hold a current and valid DEA license. Flexible Background: You do not need to have completed a full residency or be Board Certified/Eligible. We provide the comprehensive wound care training you need to succeed.
