This role is responsible for managing on-site staff, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational compliance, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with staffing industry experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about developing teams and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities (Onsite Distribution Center Focus) Serve as the primary on-site point of contact between the client, workforce, and internal support teams Oversee daily on-site operations within the distribution center to ensure productivity, attendance, and service level expectations are met Manage on-site workforce scheduling, headcount, timekeeping, and attendance tracking Ensure accurate and timely payroll submission for all on-site employees Monitor employee performance and address coaching, corrective actions, and escalations as needed Conduct daily check-ins, shift start meetings, and ongoing employee communication Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and job readiness specific to the DC environment Enforce client policies, company standards, and safety procedures on-site Perform regular floor walks to monitor work conditions, productivity, and safety compliance Partner with Safety and HR teams to report incidents, manage modified duty assignments, and support investigations Address employee concerns promptly and professionally to maintain morale and retention Track and report key on-site metrics such as attendance, turnover, and performance trends Maintain accurate employee records and on-site documentation Support client requests related to staffing levels, schedule changes, and operational needs Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve on-site operations Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of staffing industry management experience (preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Valid driver’s license required Proficient in basic computer systems and staffing‑related software #J-18808-Ljbffr FullSteam
