Automotive Sales Specialist - Exotic Car Trader

Exotic Car Trader is actively hiring an Automotive Sales Specialist to join our Fort Lauderdale team. We're the fastest-growing online platform for buying and selling exotic and luxury vehicles — and we're growing fast. If you're great on the phone, competitive by nature, and want to sell cars at the top end of the market, this is your role.

About the Role

This is a phone-based sales position, not a face-to-face dealership job. You'll be working with buyers and sellers of exotic and luxury vehicles — Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, and more — from our Downtown Fort Lauderdale office. The earning potential is real. So is the expectation to perform.

What You'll Do

• Work inbound and outbound calls with buyers and sellers of exotic and luxury vehicles
• Build relationships with clients and guide them through the buying or selling process
• Hit daily call KPIs and move deals through the pipeline
• Develop product knowledge across high-end vehicle makes and models
• Collaborate with the BDC and operations team to close deals

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• Strong phone sales skills — this is a phone-heavy role, not face-to-face
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to earn
• Teachable attitude — we train our way, and you need to be coachable
• Knowledge of or passion for exotic and luxury vehicles
• Ability to work on-site in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in automotive, luxury goods, or high-ticket phone sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales KPI tracking

Compensation & Schedule

• $50,000–$100,000+ commission
• On-site, Downtown Fort Lauderdale — Monday through Friday
