Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical care for a rewarding travel assignment at Regional West in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. As a Medical Surgical RN, you will manage a caseload of patients, performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and their families. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes in status, and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers.
