Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

The position involves working in the Cath Lab with an 8-bed holding area and four Cath/EP suites. The team consists of 16 staff members. Day shift operates from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a rotating on-call schedule. The patient-to-staff ratio is 3 to 1 in the Cath Lab procedural area. The facility uses Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, and CardioLab for EMR. Typical procedures include left heart catheterizations, right heart catheterizations, EP ablations, pacemakers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, and tilt table tests. Experience in EP/structural heart monitoring and right heart monitoring is a plus. The ideal candidate will have scrubbing and monitoring skills and prior experience with Meditech preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to work hard are important for this role. The unit has a high-functioning team and engaged physicians. It features a strong structural heart program and a low call ratio. The working environment is in a beautiful mountainous region, offering opportunities for outdoor activities.
