PHLEBOTOMIST, MENOMONEE FALLS HOSPITAL

Location: Menominee Falls, Wisconsin, at our Froedtert Men Falls Hospital facility. On‑site position. FTE: 0.2. Standard hours: 8.0. Shift: First shift. Shift details: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 8‑hour shifts, start times rotate between 04:00 and 05:00. Includes a holiday rotation with 8‑hour shifts. Job Summary Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non‑technical, and clerical functions. Experience Completion of an approved phlebotomy program or related health‑care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred. Education High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Licensure ASCP certification is preferred. Special Skills Ability to read and write to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer, problem‑solving and good communication skills are required.
